What customization options are available?
We’re open to both OEM and ODM customization. From packaging and logo printing to custom user interfaces, case design, language settings, and even your very own app and server solutions—our team offers comprehensive, end-to-end customization to meet your unique needs.
Can I get customization if I don’t meet the MOQ of 500 units for OEM?
We can still support basic OEM needs like packaging and logo printing, but for full customization, our MOQ is 500 units. Additional packaging costs would need to be prepaid, which we can then adjust in subsequent orders.

What are the primary features and uses of a trail camera?
Our trail cameras offer high-resolution photo and video, automatic motion detection, night vision, long battery life, and rugged durability. They’re perfect for wildlife observation, hunting, home security, and conservation monitoring.
What’s the difference between the CG model, and CS model?
CG Model: Has antennas, supports remote app control, sends images via MMS/EMAIL/FTP. Use your local SIM card.

CS Model: Also has antennas, supports app control, stores photos on the cloud. Comes with our pre-installed SIM card.
Do trail cameras have a live streaming feature?
Yes, some models like the T100 Pro do come with live streaming functionality.
Can I share my camera’s images with friends?
Yes, our camera app makes it easy. Use the share feature to create a Share Group, allowing friends to access images via their app.
How does the Tank200 AI super-resolution feature work?
The Tank200 initially captures low-resolution images, which are uploaded to our server. Users can view these images in the app, and use AI to enhance them to high resolution when needed, saving on data costs.
Can I use a SIM card from my local carrier?
Yes, our cameras work with over 80 network operators worldwide. Customers can set APNs themselves or provide the carrier name for us to verify compatibility.
If both AA batteries and a solar panel are connected, which one is prioritized for power?
The solar panel will take priority when both power sources are available.
Will the camera automatically adjust its focus based on the animal’s distance?
No, the focus is set to a fixed distance to ensure consistent, optimal image quality.
